The Princeton University Tai Chi Club makes available free instruction and practice of Tai Chi for all Princeton students.

Discover the power of relaxation-in-action and mindfulness-in-action through the “moving meditation” and ancient martial art of Tai Chi.

Beginners are welcome to join — no previous experience needed!
