If you’ve wondered how you can find more calm during busy days and challenging goals, join us to discover Tai Chi — where movements flow in a moving meditation to calm the mind and relax the body.

As a martial art rooted in Taoist philosophy, Tai Chi encourages us to move naturally and effortlessly, embracing the principle of wuwei, or “not-doing” — so we can “just do it” without getting in our own way.

What you’ll gain:

  • Improved physical performance and mental focus
  • Tools to stay relaxed and resilient under pressure
  • Simple practices you can use anywhere — at your desk, between classes, before exams

Contact us at taichi@princeton.edu with any questions.

Look forward to practicing with you soon.

This organization is open to all Princeton University students interested in supporting our organization’s mission, regardless of identity, such as race, sex, ethnicity, national origin, or other protected characteristics.
